Terms of Use (EULA)

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you obtained the App. This license does not allow you to distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once.

2. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

EZ Fitness Connect is a general fitness and wellness tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition, calorie, activity, and other figures — including AI-generated meal and nutrition-label estimates — are approximate and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or wellness program. Use the App at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

The App offers an auto-renewable Premium subscription with the following terms:

• Title: EZ Fitness Connect Premium.
• Length & price: Monthly plan at $2.99 (USD) per month, or Yearly plan at $29.99 (USD) per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing & canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Conduct & Content

The App lets users connect and message each other. You agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. You can report objectionable content or block any user directly from a conversation or profile. We review reports and may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EZ Fitness Connect and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a license to store and display it as needed to operate the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time as the App evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
